As our Line Cook, you’ll be the culinary wizard behind the scenes, whipping up delicious dishes that hit the Head Chef’s high standards every time. You’ll be flying solo at times and teaming up with our awesome Kitchen Crew to keep the prep station stocked, the ingredients fresh, and the kitchen sparkling clean.

What You’ll Be Cookin’ Up:
- Bring the heat! Cook up all our tasty menu items just the way our guests (and our brand) love them.
- Keep the line stocked and ready—no one likes running out of the good stuff mid-rush.
- Prep like a pro: chop, portion, and get everything ready to roll before service starts.
- Keep it clean! A tidy, sanitary kitchen is a happy kitchen.
- Help shut it down right—follow our closing routines so we’re ready to crush it again tomorrow.
- Stick to the rules: follow all food safety and sanitation standards like a champ.
- Serve up quality—every plate should be something you’re proud of.
- Store bulk orders like a Tetris master—organized, neat, and easy to find.
- Be a team player: pitch in wherever needed, roll up your sleeves, and help make the magic happen.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven cooking experience, including experiences as a Line or Prep Cook.
- Have a love and passion for great food and outstanding craft beer along with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Valid Food Safety Certification is an asset.
- Comprehensive understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, procedures, and equipment.
- Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments and accurately execute assigned tasks.
- Ability to read and follow recipes.
- Ability to lift 60lbs and stand for long periods of time.
- Flexible, dependable and dedicated.
Compensation
$17.85 - $19.50 per hour
