Core Responsibilities:
- Welcoming our customers to the Tasting Room; engaging in friendly conversations and building relationships with new and re-occurring customers
- Advise and provide detailed knowledge on our hand-crafted beer and food menu
- Provide suitable recommendations on beverage and food pairings
- Take orders and submit them to the kitchen via system
- Bring food out to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure orders are correct and conduct regular check-ins with customers
- Help maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Stocking / maintaining beer fridge and merchandise.
- Obtain revenues by totaling charges; issuing bill(s); accepting payment; etc.

Compensation
